Will you travel to me?  What areas do you service?

Yes. I bring the full mobile Massage Experience to you. Complete full-service setup (table, lush linens, hot towels). I travel throughout the state of Virginia.

 

How much Space should I Provide for setup? Do I need to provide anything?

You should allow for 102” W x 145” L to accommodate the table and the Therapist. I will bring everything else.

 

What Should I wear?

Following the prep consultation, you may undress to your comfort. Most clients prefer to wear a robe during setup. I also ask you already be showered and wear a mask or face covering.

 

Is there a travel fee?

There is a $20 travel fee within the southside of Hampton Roads (Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Suffolk). Additional travel fees vary for other areas.

 

How often should I get a massage?

This usually depends on each person’s unique wellness status. For example, some active clients prefer to receive therapeutic treatments 2-3 times per month. Less active clients find that one massage per month or as physically/mentally needed works well for relaxation. Massage By Raven offers monthly memberships for your convenience.

 

What are some of your most requested services?

Some of the most requested massage services are – lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, Swedish, and cupping. You may inquire about additional services including Sports Massage, Spa Parties, and Gift Certificates.

 

What are your Covid protocols?

I wear a mask and request clients to wear masks – hand sanitization is a must. I ask that you please reschedule if you have a fever or have been exposed to COVID within 14 days prior to services. Your Therapist is periodically tested and vaccinated per CDC recommendations.
